About Us

Meet Dalvir Singh

Dalvir believes health is about far more than workouts. It’s about the 4 pillars of Health; Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep and Wellbeing.

Throughout his career, he has coached more than 3,000 clients, helping individuals rebuild confidence, take ownership of their wellbeing, and create meaningful, lasting change. His approach rejects quick fixes and extreme methods. Instead, it is rooted in long-term thinking, realistic strategies, and consistent support.

A First-Class Sport and Exercise Science graduate, Dalvir combines scientific knowledge with real-world coaching experience. He specialises in weight management, physical activity, nutrition, and behaviour change, delivering evidence-based, personalised programmes built around real life — not perfection.

Alongside his private coaching, Dalvir has spent many years undertaking community work within his local area through MLSS, a multi-award-winning, multicultural non-profit organisation. His involvement reflects his belief that health and wellbeing should be accessible, inclusive, and community-driven — not limited to those in traditional fitness spaces. Supporting individuals at a grassroots level has further shaped his compassionate, people-first approach.

What truly sets Dalvir apart is his ability to blend science with empathy. He understands that lasting transformation doesn’t come from rigid plans or short bursts of motivation. It comes from clarity, accountability, and the right support at the right time.

Whether your goal is improved health, enhanced performance, or a complete lifestyle reset, Dalvir works alongside you to create a plan that fits your life and grows with you.
