What We Offer

Free Support for Eligible Patients
At Optima Performance & Health, we provide free lifestyle, wellbeing and weight management support for eligible patients through commissioned programmes and partnerships with public health, local authorities, schools and community services.
Our evidence-based programmes are designed to help individuals improve their health, manage their weight, reduce their risk of long-term conditions and develop sustainable healthy habits that last.
Whether you are looking to become more active, improve your nutrition, better manage a health condition or make positive changes to your overall wellbeing, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Helping People Build Healthier Lives Through Sustainable Behaviour Change. Our approach is built around the 4 Pillars of Health: Physical Activity, Nutrition, Sleep and Wellbeing.
🏃 Physical Activity
We help individuals become more active in a way that fits their lifestyle, ability, and goals. Whether someone is starting their journey or looking to improve fitness, we provide practical support, guidance, and accountability.
🥗 Nutrition
Our programmes focus on building healthier eating habits through education, personalised advice, and realistic strategies that can be maintained long-term.
😴 Sleep
Quality sleep plays a vital role in physical and mental health. We help participants understand the importance of sleep and develop habits that improve recovery, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.

We support emotional wellbeing, stress management, confidence, motivation, and resilience to help individuals overcome barriers and maintain positive lifestyle changes.
